Express delivery in Moscow
When placing an order from 10:00 to 18:00 express delivery is carried out within 4 hours from the date of payment.
When placing an order after 18:00 express delivery is carried out the next day from 11:00 to 15:00.
When placing an order from 00:00 to 10:00 express delivery is carried out on the same day from 11:00 to 15:00.
Delivery is available only in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road.
You can track the order status in your merchant profile.
The service is available only for individuals.
How to place an order with express delivery
Add the necessary items to the cart and specify the delivery address.
If the delivery address is located within the Moscow Ring Road and there are no exception items in the order, express delivery will be displayed automatically.
Choose express delivery and form the order. Pay attention to the delivery comment — we will tell you if we will deliver the order today or tomorrow (when placing an order after 18:00).
Items not available for express delivery
Express delivery is available for all items in stock, except:
products with a surname and/or number;
products available by pre-order.
Cancellation and refund
In your merchant profile, you can cancel an order with express delivery only for the "Created" and "In processing" statuses. It is possible to cancel an order with the status "Delivered" and "Ready for delivery" via the support service.
After the order goes to the statuses "Transferred for delivery" and "Ready for delivery", cancellation via the personal account is not available. You can issue a refund in these order statuses.
If the order was paid by credit card or through the Quick Payment System (SBP):
If canceled in the "Created" or "In processing" statuses, the entire amount, including delivery, will be refunded.
If cancelled, the value of the goods will be refunded in the "Transferred for delivery" or "Ready for delivery" statuses, but without a refund of the delivery cost.
Refund of funds in case of cancellation of the order is carried out in the near future in accordance with the refund policy of the online store.

The cost of express delivery is calculated automatically when placing an order, depending on the address.
Payment
Orders are processed only after 100% payment.
If the order has not been paid within 4 hours from the moment of registration, it is automatically canceled.
The express delivery interval starts counting from the moment of payment.
The cost of delivery is recalculated in real time.
Express delivery is carried out by the Yandex Delivery service.
Pickup
An order placed before 12:00 will be ready for delivery the next business day.
An order placed after 12:00 will be ready for delivery in one business day.
Delivery of the order takes place in the fan shop of FC Dynamo Moscow, at the address: Moscow, Leningradsky Prospekt, house 36, building 1, Arena Plaza shopping center (m. "Dynamo" or "Petrovsky Park").
Opening hours: daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
The shelf life of orders is 5 working days.
Upon receipt of the order, the store's employees will request the order number and code (they will be sent to you along with a notice of the shelf life), this is necessary for error-free delivery of the order.
Delivery in Moscow
When ordering from 15,000 rubles, delivery is free.
Delivery is carried out with 100% prepayment of the order.
Payment method: SBP or card at checkout.
Delivery time: 1-3 days.
Delivery schedule: daily from 10 to 22 – when placing an order, you can choose a shorter convenient slot.
If you refuse to purchase when delivering by courier, you should pay the cost of delivery of the order.
Delivery in Russia
Courier delivery is available in almost all major cities and regional centers of Russia.
Delivery to the PVZ. You can choose a convenient pick-up point when placing an order.
The delivery time and cost depend on the delivery location and are calculated automatically when placing an order.
Payment method: SBP or card at checkout.
Fitting and partial redemption are NOT AVAILABLE.

The delivery of items to the courier of the transport company is carried out on the next business day after receipt of payment.
The shelf life of the goods in the warehouse of the transport company does not exceed 7 days.
If the product does not fit you, a refund is possible within 14 days.
