You have the right to exchange or return a product of proper quality if it does not fit you in style, color, size, provided that:
the product has a proper presentation;
all labels, labels and receipts confirming the purchase in our store are saved.
You can return the order within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The return of the goods is made in your personal account!
To submit an application:
- select the goods you want to return (with the exception of non-refundable, see below for a list of categories of non-refundable goods)
- specify the reasons for the refund and select an electronic application

The shipment of the goods is at the expense of the buyer, and we refund the money or send a new product no later than 10 working days after the return of the goods.
Goods of inadequate quality
If the product is of improper quality, i.e. as a result of its operation, a hidden defect or defect has been discovered, then the exchange takes place at the expense of the Dynamo-Moscow FC online store: we will compensate the buyer for shipping costs.
The exchange of goods of improper quality is carried out on condition that:
the claim is submitted before the expiration of the warranty period (14 days, not counting the day of purchase);
the detected defect is not a consequence of improper, careless operation (socks) of the product.
Non-refundable product categories
Categories of goods that are not subject to return, but only exchange, in case of improper quality:
non-periodical publications (books, brochures, albums, cartographic and sheet music publications, sheet publications, calendars, booklets, publications reproduced on technical media);
hosiery;
bed linen with unopened packaging is accepted.
T-shirts and shorts with individual thermal equipment.
